On a more professional note, I work for St. Luke&#039;s Hospital and was wondering if you might be interested in showing off your skills at one of our upcoming men&#039;s health events. 

It&#039;s called Guys, Grills and Good Health and we would like to have grilling demos for the crowd.  Kind of a how-to for us novice grilling afficionados.  The event is June 17 from 6 to 7:30 with a proposed grilling demo from 6 - 6:30.  It will be held at our new Outpatient Services building across the street from the main hospital campus.

Would the Grillin Fools be interested in being our guests for that portion of the event?  We would, of course, include you in any promotional material we produce.

If interested, please call me direct at 314-XXX-XXX at your earliest convenience and keep up the good work!

		<description>I have that exact Char-Broil grill, and I&#039;ve been tossing around the idea of smoking using the same method, coals and wood on one side, meat on the other.  Seeing those ribs has convinced me.  I know what I&#039;m doing this weekend!</description>
