		<description>This is what we in Texas would call a quesadilla.&lt;br /&gt;But fajitas ARE done on the grill, at least the meat and vegetables are, leaving the flour tortillas soft and pliable, the rice and borracho beans cooked inside, and the guacamole cold.</description>
