Sadly, I cannot.  That recipe was one of the first ones I documented.  Back then I did everything by feel.  Whether cooking or mixing up a tomato stuffing.  All I can give you is the basic ingredients but not the amounts of each:

Corn sliced off the cob
Garlic
Basil
Cheese
Black pepper
Bread crumbs
Salt 
Olive oil

Once my tomatoes ripen I&#039;ll do these again and document it better and post it again and link back to this.  Sorry I couldn&#039;t be of more help right now though...
